A: Apple devices using iOS 7.0 and up. Android devices using Android 4.2 and up.
Q: Does it cost anything to watch videos?
A: The app & website are free, but you must be a FX cable subscriber to watch full episodes. To watch these videos, ensure that:

Keep in mind that you must subscribe to FX or FXX via your TV service provider in order to access their content on the app. Also, your TV service provider must have chosen to give their customers access to full episodes on the app and website.
For Rogers customers, your credentials will be the same as the ones you use on Rogers Anyplace TV: http://www.rogersondemand.com
